Technologies that we specialize in include, but are not limited to:

C# Development

C# is powerful programming language that is part of Microsoft .NET Framework. The Microsoft .NET Framework is a software component that is a part of Microsoft Windows operating systems. It has a large library of pre-coded solutions to common program requirements, and manages the execution of programs written specifically for the framework. The .NET Framework is a key Microsoft offering, and is intended to be used by most new applications created for the Windows platform.

ASP.NET

Microsoft ASP.NET is a free technology that allows programmers to create dynamic web applications. ASP.NET can be used to create anything from small, personal websites through to large, enterprise-class web applications.

Ajax

AJAX is a way of creating and implementing interactive applications that are able to function and change within a subset of a webpage, without requiring an entire page refresh each time a change is invoked.  The goal of AJAX is to make web pages more dynamic in real time by exchanging small amounts of information with the supporting server architecture, a piece at a time, without the change calling attention to the end user. The result increases the site’s interactivity, speed, functionality, and usability.

XML/XSLT

Its primary purpose is to facilitate the sharing of data across different information systems, particularly via the Internet. XML become so popular that is commonly used to share data across heterogeneous operating systems, servers and applications.

XML is syntax very similar to that of its better known cousin, HTML. However, as opposed to HTML which uses the same calls and tags for every text output regardless of context, XML offers semantics about the type of calls being made. XML is also self-descriptive; it does not have a predefined set of tags so you can create your own set. This means that XML can be used to describe any content in many different forms.

Smart Clients

The term "Smart Client" is meant to refer to simultaneously capturing the benefits of a "thin client" (zero-install, auto-update) and a "fat client" (high performance, high productivity). Smart Client applications bridge the gap between web applications and desktop applications. They provide the benefits of a web application (such as leveraging the internet and offering remote access to data) while still providing the snappy look and feel inherent to desktop applications.

Silverlight

Microsoft Silverlight is a browser plugin that allows web applications to be developed with features like animation, vector graphics, and audio-video playback - features that characterize a rich internet application. Silverlight competes with products such as Adobe Flash and Apple QuickTime. Version 2.0 brought improved interactivity and allows developers to use .NET languages and development tools when authoring Silverlight applications.
